DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped as quickly as possible. We currently are bouncing between 2 homes so we thank you for your patience!
For Canadian customers, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive once we drop at post office. For all other customers, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after these times, please send us an email. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of Canada and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. Rinne Apparel is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments, however, please let us know if something has happened and we will do our best to make it right.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders over $249!
The listed shipping prices are for regular surface mail. Canadian orders will be sent via Canada Post. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Express Post (1-2 business days) or Priority Mail (next day), please contact us and we can set up a special listing or send you a Shopify/PayPal invoice for the additional charges.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
RETURN POLICY
All online purchases (exceptions see below) are available to be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping
Exceptions:
- All purchases at market/pop-up location events are final sale. We encourage you to use fitting rooms available at all live events to ensure proper fit of purchases.
- All Clearance / Sale Items are Final Sale
If you should want to return an item please Email us @ rinneapparel@gmail.com to inform us return information. (Reason for exchange or return, Order Number, Item & Size)
All returning items must have original tags and be unworn to have refund applied.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
